Authors whose papers have been accepted must complete conference registration by the "Presenter Registration Deadline ( July 5, 2026 )". Failure to do so will result in the removal of the submission from the program schedule.
Participants without paper submission may complete registration by July 15, 2026. Those who fail to register by the deadline will be removed from the participant list, though on-site registration will still be available during conference check-in.
The working language of the conference is English. Presentations competing for the Best Paper Award must be delivered in English. While English is recommended for abstract submissions, authors who prefer to present in Chinese must indicate this in the registration form. Depending on submission volumes, some parallel sessions may be arranged for Chinese-language presentations.
